We are looking for a skilled Content Management with strong bilingual capabilities (Arabic & English) to join our digital operations team. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in content management systems, excellent linguistic accuracy, and an eye for detail to support large‑scale government or enterprise digital projects.
Key Responsibilities

Work in a 24×7 rotational shift environment supporting operational digital platforms.

Create, edit, publish, and maintain high‑quality Arabic and English content across websites and digital channels.

Ensure all content follows the brand tone of voice, digital style guides, and linguistic standards.

Review and validate published materials including links, media assets, metadata, accessibility, and formatting.

Collaborate closely with design, development, and QA teams to ensure correct implementation of content updates.

Validate and maintain alignment between Arabic and English bilingual content.

Perform content updates, refreshes, and audits to ensure accuracy, compliance, and relevance.

Support content migration, validation, and publishing across staging and production environments.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders and government/entity representatives for content approvals.

Maintain adherence to web publishing standards, accessibility guidelines (WCAG), and UX principles.

Apply SEO best practices, including optimizing metadata and using tools such as Google Analytics and Search Console.

Use basic HTML and web formatting for content adjustments when needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in web content editing or online publishing, ideally within government or enterprise digital projects.

Excellent command of Arabic and English, with proven writing, editing, and proofreading skills in both languages.

Hands‑on experience with any CMS (Payload CMS, Sitecore, WordPress, SharePoint, or similar platforms).

Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure content accuracy and consistency.

Understanding of SEO principles, metadata management, and digital analytics basics.

Familiarity with accessibility standards and UX‑centric publishing practices.

Basic experience with HTML and web formatting.
