Role Overview

Scaleup Connect is hiring a Content Manager – Social Media & Digital Marketing on behalf of its client, a premium furniture showroom launching in DHA, Lahore. The selected candidate will lead the brand’s digital presence through creative content production, social media management, and community engagement. This role requires a highly creative individual who can produce visually appealing content while building strong online engagement for a lifestyle and home décor brand.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation

• Create engaging Instagram Reels, TikTok videos, and carousel posts aligned with brand aesthetics.
• Capture high-quality photos and videos showcasing furniture products and showroom experiences.
• Develop compelling captions and storytelling-driven content.

Social Media Management

• Manage and maintain brand accounts across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
• Ensure consistent posting schedules and brand messaging across all platforms.

Strategy & Planning

• Plan and execute monthly content calendars aligned with marketing goals.
• Develop strategies to grow brand awareness and social media reach.

Influencer Collaboration

• Identify and collaborate with micro-influencers and content creators to promote the brand.
• Manage influencer partnerships and campaign coordination.

Analytics & Optimization

• Track social media performance metrics including reach, engagement, and conversions.
• Optimize content strategies based on analytics and audience insights.

Community Engagement

• Interact with followers through comments, messages, and discussions to build a strong online community.
• Maintain positive customer relationships through social media engagement.

Tools / Software

• Video Editing: CapCut, Adobe Premiere (or similar tools)
• Content Creation: Photography and video tools
• Professional equipment and software will be provided by the client.

Education

• Intermediate or Graduation

Experience

• Experience: 1–2 years
• Required: At least 1 year of social media or content creation experience

Key Skills

• Strong photography, design, copywriting, and storytelling abilities
• Understanding of Instagram and TikTok algorithms
• Creative thinking with attention to visual aesthetics
• Passion for interior design, furniture, and home décor

Additional Requirement

• Portfolio of previous work is required

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: PKR 40,000 – 60,000 per month
