CONTENT MANAGER

Compensation Range: $50 - 54 per hour

We are seeking a tech-forward Content Manager to lead our in-house "Content Hub." This is a long-term, fully remote contract role focused on transitioning content production from external agencies to an internal, AI-augmented workflow. You will be the "human in the loop," leveraging generative AI to produce high-quality B2B content while maintaining brand integrity and technical SEO/AEO standards.

Responsibilities:

• AI-Augmented Production: Use generative AI tools and expert prompt engineering to draft 2-3 content pieces per week.
• Editorial Oversight: Refine AI drafts from 80% to 100% completion, ensuring a sophisticated B2B brand voice and human touch.
• Hub Management: Oversee the back end of the Content Hub using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), including library maintenance and taxonomy updates.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with SEO, CRM, Product Marketing, and Affiliate teams to align content with lead-generation goals.
• Performance Optimization: Support Agentic Engine Optimization (AEO) goals and track engagement metrics to pivot tactics as needed.

Qualifications:

• AI Proficiency: Hands-on experience using LLMs (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini) for ideation, content calendars, and production.
• Technical Skills: Must have professional experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and a strong grasp of SEO/AEO.
• B2B Expertise: Proven track record in B2B writing and editing, ideally within lead-gen or membership-based models.
• Ambiguity Expert: Comfortable working in a "start-up" style environment where processes are still being defined; you should be a "pressure tester" who helps refine new tools.
• Education/Experience: BA in Marketing, Journalism, or a related field with 5+ years of content management experience.
