Content Marketing Specialist

Role

We are an AI-powered growth agency based in downtown Providence and looking for a Content Marketing Specialist who’s equal parts creative storyteller and HubSpot pro.

This role blends HubSpot-driven content creation, social media management, and creative storytelling. You’ll help bring brand voices to life through blogs, social posts, ad copy, and campaign content.

You won’t just write; you’ll think. You’ll bring creative ideas to the table, translate strategy into engaging content, and collaborate with a team of designers, strategists, and growth experts who share your drive to build something great.

What You’ll Do

• Own content creation across channels: write blogs, short-form copy, ad headlines, landing page text, and video/social scripts
• Run social media for our clients and agency: from strategy and content calendars to scheduling and engagement (the analytics team will handle reporting)
• Leverage HubSpot daily to publish and optimize blogs, build marketing emails, simple workflows, social tools, and ensure campaigns are performance-ready
• SEO content using keyword strategy, research, and tools to ensure our clients are found on search and AI answer engines
• Collaborate cross-functionally with our creative and marketing ops teams (designers, strategists, analysts) to bring campaigns to life
• Use data and insights to guide your content decisions, with analytics support from our marketing ops team
• Stay ahead of trends in digital, social, and AI tools that can elevate content performance

(Note: this role collaborates on multimedia and video, but doesn’t own production)

What You Bring

• 3+ years of content marketing, copywriting, or social media experience (agency experience a plus)
• Proven HubSpot platform experience: you’ve created and optimized content using HubSpot’s tools for blogs, landing pages, social, and marketing emails
• Excellent writing and editing skills across short-form (ads, posts, captions) and long-form (blogs, guides, whitepapers)
• Understanding of social media best practices for both B2B and B2C brands
• A balance of creativity and organization... able to manage multiple content calendars while delivering high-quality work
• Curiosity about AI tools, trends, and creative tech; you’ll have opportunities to explore them here

Bonus points for:

• Familiarity with HubSpot SEO tools, A/B testing, or analytics dashboards
• Light design or video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe or AI generative tools)
• Experience optimizing content for performance metrics

Your Growth Path
