Content Operations & Client Coordinator

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Content Operations & Client Coordinator to join our vibrant team. Responsibilities

  • Oversee the end-to-end content creation process, from ideation through publication, ensuring adherence to brand standards and deadlines
  • Manage and optimize content across multiple platforms using WordPress, social media management tools, and content management systems
  • Coordinate with clients to understand their needs, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction throughout project cycles
  • Utilize SEO best practices and keyword research to enhance content visibility and drive organic traffic
  • Edit and proofread a variety of content types including blog posts, white papers, social media posts, and email campaigns for clarity, accuracy, and engagement
  • Design visually appealing graphics and multimedia assets using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and videography/editing tools to support marketing initiatives
  • Monitor website analytics with Google Analytics to assess content performance and recommend improvements for ongoing campaigns
  • Collaborate with marketing teams on content strategy development, social media marketing efforts, and e-commerce initiatives to maximize reach and engagement

Requirements

  • Proven experience in content management systems such as WordPress or similar platforms
  • Strong knowledge of SEO techniques, keyword research, and digital marketing strategies
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite (including graphic design), video editing software, HTML/CSS fundamentals
  • Excellent editing, copywriting, and storytelling skills tailored for diverse audiences
  • Familiarity with social media management tools and social media marketing best practices
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and marketing automation tools is a plus
  • Experience in photography or videography is desirable but not mandatory
  • Strong organizational skills combined with excellent communication abilities
