We serve thousands of members across the United States and maintain a deep library of expert

video content. Our work translates research-informed strategies into practical guidance parents

can apply at home.

About the Role

ADHD Dude is hiring a Content Producer to own our organic social media presence across

YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. The role works closely with the founder to

translate expert-led video content into social posts that grow the audience, deepen

engagement, and drive membership. The right person is energized by the difference between a post that makes a parent feel seen and one that doesn’t.

What You’ll Do

• Develop a weekly content strategy informed by platform analytics and audience behavior
• Write scripts, captions, and supporting copy in the founder’s voice
• Manage the editorial calendar and coordinate publishing workflows
• Research competitive content, emerging formats, and platform trends
• Prepare weekly performance reports covering reach, engagement, and conversions
• Review all content prior to publication for accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment

What Success Looks Like in 90 Days

A consistent publishing rhythm is established across all platforms. The formats and topics

that drive the most meaningful audience growth have been identified and are being prioritized. A feedback loop between performance data and editorial decisions is in place. High-quality work is shipping without daily oversight.

Required

• Three or more years producing organic social media content for a creator, personal

brand, or solo practitioner (consumer audience, not B2B)

• Comfortable writing in someone else’s voice
• Working proficiency with YouTube Studio, Meta Business Suite, and Google Analytics
• Strong project management and the ability to meet deadlines with minimal oversight
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail
• (Preferred) Background or lived experience in ADHD, child development, education, mental health,

or parenting

• YouTube SEO experience, including title and thumbnail strategy
• Familiarity with UTM tracking and multi-channel attribution
• Email marketing or copywriting experience

Terms

• $65 per hour, 1099 independent contractor
• 25–30 hours per week, flexible within U.S. business hours
• Remote, U.S.-based
• Starts as a 90-day engagement with a clear path to an extended contract or full-time based on agreed milestones
• Start date within 30 days of offer
