POSITION SUMMARY
The Content and Social Media Coordinator is responsible for social media content production, graphic design support, and marketing collateral delivery across an assigned portfolio of residential communities. Reporting to the Director of Creative and Content, this role executes against established brand frameworks and monthly content calendars to ensure every community maintains a consistent, high-quality presence across digital and print channels. The primary focus of the role is social content production and template-based design, with print collateral, scheduling, and asset management supporting this core function. This is a production-focused position requiring speed, brand accuracy, and strong organizational discipline.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Produce organic social content for assigned communities, including static graphics, carousels, Stories, and Reels, aligned to each community's brand guidelines and monthly content calendar.
- Adapt social content frameworks for each community, incorporating community-specific imagery, copy, and local market context.
- Schedule and publish organic content across Meta and Instagram platforms on time and in compliance with brand and platform standards.
- Design and produce community marketing collateral, including digital ads, email graphics, event invitations, rack cards, and supporting print materials.
- Execute creative adaptations from master templates, maintaining brand fidelity while applying community-specific variables accurately.
- Manage revision cycles efficiently, incorporating feedback from the Director of Creative and Content and Regional Marketing Managers without compromising timelines.
- Coordinate with Regional Marketing Managers to gather community-specific inputs needed to keep content current, including events, imagery, pricing updates, and messaging priorities.
- Maintain organized asset libraries for assigned communities, ensuring correct file versions are accessible to the appropriate team members.
SUCCESS METRICS
- Monthly social content calendars and collateral assets delivered on schedule across all assigned communities.
- Published content consistently meeting brand standards, with all materials reviewed and approved before deployment.
- High first-draft accuracy and alignment, reducing revision cycles across assigned communities.
- Maintains a consistent pipeline of approved, ready-to-publish content across all assigned communities.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of experience in social media content production, graphic design, or marketing content roles.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or similar design tools (e.g., Canva, Figma), including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- Basic video editing skills for short-form social content such as Reels and Stories, using tools like CapCut, InShot, or equivalent.
- Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality visual content within established brand systems and templates.
- Strong written communication skills, including the ability to write clear, on-brand captions and short-form copy for social and digital channels.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage content production across multiple communities and deadlines simultaneously.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Marketing experience in residential real estate, homebuilder, or residential lifestyle environments.
- Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, social scheduling tools, and basic platform analytics.
- Video editing experience for short-form social content, including Reels, Stories, and lifestyle clips.
Pay: $65,000.00 per year
