We’re looking for a Content Specialist who brings words, visuals, and ideas together — someone who can craft compelling content, think visually, and collaborate closely with our creative and video teams to bring stories to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research, plan, and create engaging content for social media platforms.
• Ideate and write strong video hook lines that capture attention and improve viewer retention.
• Develop content strategies aligned with marketing goals and brand tone.
• Collaborate with video editors and the social media team to bring concepts to life.
• Be actively involved in video shoots, podcasts, and reels — guide clients or team members on tone, delivery, and on-camera communication.
• Support the creative team during shoots by refining scripts, prompts, and expressions.
• Monitor content performance and suggest improvements.
• Stay updated with digital content trends, audience preferences, and competitor strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Proven experience in content writing, editing, or content management (agency experience preferred).
• Strong writing, storytelling, and creative thinking skills.
• Confident communicator with the ability to guide clients and team members during video shoots.
• Comfortable appearing in podcasts or short videos if needed.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Passion for social media trends, storytelling, and brand communication.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
