About the Role:

We are looking for a creative, strategic, and detail-oriented Content Writer / Content Strategist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging, original, and SEO-optimized content across various digital platforms while developing a cohesive content strategy that strengthens our brand identity and drives engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Copywriting:

• Write high-quality, engaging, and grammatically flawless content for websites, blogs, social media, product descriptions, email campaigns, and marketing materials.
• Create impactful copy aligned with brand tone and target audience preferences.
• Research industry trends, target demographics, and competitor content to craft relevant and appealing topics.

Content Strategy & Planning:

• Develop and execute a content calendar aligned with marketing campaigns and brand objectives.
• Collaborate with design, digital marketing, and SEO teams to ensure cohesive storytelling.
• Strategize content for customer journey stages — awareness, consideration, and conversion.
• Identify content gaps and opportunities to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

SEO & Performance Optimization:

• Optimize content for SEO (keywords, meta descriptions, headings, readability, etc.).
• Analyze performance metrics (traffic, engagement, conversions) and refine content strategies accordingly.

Brand & Communication Alignment:

• Maintain a consistent voice and tone across all content platforms.
• Support brand storytelling through compelling narratives and visual content briefs.

Key Skills Required:

• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles and digital marketing trends.
• Experience with content management systems (WordPress, HubSpot, etc.).
• Ability to conceptualize and implement creative campaign ideas.
• Proficiency in research, storytelling, and audience engagement.
• Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, etc.) is a plus.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Proven experience minimum 3 years as a content writer, copywriter, or content strategist.
• Portfolio of published or strategic content pieces is required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹60,000.00 per month
