Content Writer

FYZICAL Therapy and Balance Centers is seeking a full-time Marketing Copywriter to join our growing marketing team. This role focuses on writing persuasive, lead-driving content for our franchise development arm — attracting, educating, and inspiring prospective business owners to join the FYZICAL brand.

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with the franchise development marketing manager to plan and execute a content strategy that fuels our recruitment funnel.
• Write compelling copy for ads, emails, landing pages, websites, sales collateral, blogs, eBooks, and brochures designed to drive franchise inquiries and conversions.
• Translate complex concepts in healthcare, franchising, and business ownership into clear, confident, and human messaging that resonates with executive-level decision makers.
• Interview current franchisees and craft their stories into compelling testimonials, case studies, and success spotlights to leverage as powerful validation within the marketing cycle.
• Ensure all content is on-brand, persuasive, and optimized for both user experience and SEO best practices.
• Partner cross-departmentally with subject matter experts, franchisees, and the development team to create content that’s not only creative but also strategically aligned with business goals.
• Continuously refine messaging to improve engagement and conversion rates.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of professional B2B copywriting experience with a focus on direct-response and lead generation.
• Proven success writing persuasive copy for franchise development, business opportunities, healthcare, or other high-consideration B2B industries.
• Strong portfolio showcasing conversion-focused copy across email, ads, landing pages, and longer-form content.
• Ability to craft a confident, clear, and persuasive voice tailored to prospective franchisees, entrepreneurs, and executive-level audiences.
• Experience conducting interviews and turning them into compelling stories, case studies, or testimonials.
• Experience writing for multiple audience segments and across a variety of marketing channels.
• Degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Meticulous attention to detail, strong collaboration skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects on deadline.
• Familiarity with HubSpot CRM or similar platforms is a plus.
