Key Responsibilities
- Research and write high-quality articles, blogs, guides, and website copy aligned with the company’s brand voice.
- ∙ Collaborate with the marketing team to develop SEO-optimized content that ranks and drives qualified leads.
- ∙ Produce case studies, email content, LinkedIn posts, ad copy, and landing page content. ∙ Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and maintain SEO best practices (titles, headers, internal linking, etc.).
- ∙ Edit, proofread, and fact-check all written content to ensure grammatical accuracy and tone consistency.
- ∙ Repurpose long-form content into micro-content (snippets, carousels, short posts). ∙ Coordinate with design and digital teams for visual storytelling and content marketing campaigns.
- ∙ Keep up with industry trends (BPO, finance, outsourcing, or SaaS preferred) and suggest new content ideas.
- ∙ Track content performance through analytics and continuously improve engagement and conversions.
Required Skills & Experience
- ∙ Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or related field. ∙ 2–6 years of experience in professional content writing or copywriting (agency/B2B preferred). ∙ Excellent command of English grammar, tone, and storytelling.
- ∙ Proven experience with SEO writing and tools (e.g., SEMrush, SurferSEO, Ahrefs, or similar). ∙ Strong research skills and ability to simplify complex topics for a business audience. ∙ Familiarity with LinkedIn content creation, ghostwriting for leadership, and content repurposing.
