1. Position Overview

The Content Writer will be responsible for developing high-quality, engaging, and SEO-optimized content for Win Win Marketing’s real estate projects and corporate communication channels. The ideal candidate must have previous experience working with real estate teams, strong writing skills, and the ability to collaborate with designers, media production teams, and sales.

2. Key Responsibilities Content Development

  • Create compelling and original content for website pages, blogs, brochures, project descriptions, and landing pages.
  • Develop persuasive sales content for real estate campaigns, investment opportunities, and project launches.
  • Write corporate-level communication including company profiles, press releases, and formal announcements.
  • Convert technical real estate information into easy-to-understand content for customers.

Digital & Social Media Content

  • Write engaging captions, posts, and scripts for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube).
  • Collaborate with the design and media teams to ensure content aligns with visuals and brand guidelines.
  • Draft content for paid campaigns, ads, teasers, and promotional videos.

Coordination & Teamwork

  • Work closely with the Digital Media Manager, Graphic Designers, Videographers, and Sales Team to ensure consistent messaging.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions for marketing ideas, campaign themes, and project promotions.
  • Maintain communication with project teams to gather accurate and updated information about real estate developments.

Research & Market Understanding

  • Conduct research on property trends, investment behavior, and competitor offerings.
  • Prepare informative content on market insights, project comparisons, and investment benefits.

SEO & Quality Control

  • Ensure content is SEO optimized, keyword-rich, and aligned with Google ranking guidelines.
  • Proofread and edit all content to maintain brand quality, tone, and accuracy.

3. Required Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent English writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of real estate terminologies, property sales cycle, and investor mindset.
  • Ability to write professional corporate communication.
  • Knowledge of SEO writing and keyword research tools.
  • Creative thinking and ability to generate new content ideas.
  • Strong coordination skills and ability to work within cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks.

4. Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Mass Communication, English, Marketing, IR or related field.
  • 2–3 years of professional content writing experience (Real estate industry preferred).
  • Experience working in corporate or marketing teams is an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
