We’re looking for a skilled Technical Writer who enjoys simplifying complex technology into content that’s easy to understand and easy to find. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working closely with developers, product teams, and marketers to create clear, impactful, and SEO-optimized content that truly supports users.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation, blogs, manuals, and process guides. You’ll collaborate across departments to translate product knowledge into engaging, user-focused content, while continuously improving clarity, usability, and search performance.

Job Description

• Create SEO-optimized technical content including documentation, blogs, manuals, and process guides
• Understand our products and services deeply and convert complex concepts into simple, engaging content
• Research, outline, write, edit, and optimize content in collaboration with multiple departments
• Work closely with developers and support teams to document processes, workflows, and technical specifications
• Review existing content and suggest creative improvements for clarity, usability, and search performance
• Develop and maintain a structured knowledge base including research data, usability insights, and reference material

Skills Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, IT, or a technical field
• 2+ years of experience as a Technical Writer (preferably in IT/software)
• Understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)
• Prior exposure to software development teams or products
• Strong command of written English and attention to detail
• Ability to quickly understand technical concepts and explain them clearly
• Experience writing documentation for different audience levels
• Comfortable working with engineers to improve UX, UI clarity, visuals, and diagrams
• Ability to juggle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
