SEO Specialist

Job Title: SEO Specialist (Ad Posting & Online Marketing)About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven SEO Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective SEO strategies, with a special focus on creating and posting online advertisements for a virtual school and a construction firm. Your goal will be to increase brand visibility, drive qualified leads, and boost online engagement across both sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic for both businesses.
• Create, optimize, and post engaging ads on various online platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, classifieds, etc.).
• Conduct keyword research to identify opportunities for growth and targeted ad campaigns.
• Monitor and analyze ad performance metrics and provide regular reports with actionable insights.
• Collaborate with content and design teams to create high-quality, SEO-friendly ad copy and visuals.
• Ensure consistency in brand messaging and positioning for both the virtual school and construction firm.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO and digital marketing trends and best practices.
• Manage and optimize website content to support ad campaigns and improve overall SEO.
• Identify and recommend new digital channels and advertising opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience (1+ years) in SEO and online ad management.
• Strong understanding of SEO tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.).
• Experience running and optimizing ads on Google Ads and social media platforms.
• Excellent copywriting and content creation skills.
• Ability to analyze data and metrics to measure ad performance and make improvements.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of the education and/or construction industries is a plus.
