SEO & Google AdSense Specialist (On-Site – Rawalpindi)

We are seeking an SEO & Google AdSense Specialist to join our team in a full-time, on-site role based in Rawalpindi. This position focuses on keyword research, search intent analysis, and content optimization for content-driven websites monetized through Google AdSense.

While basic website setup and maintenance are part of the role, the primary responsibility is SEO strategy and optimization aligned with Google publisher best practices, rather than web development.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct keyword research to identify low-competition, search-intent-driven opportunities
• Analyze user search intent and structure content to meet quality and relevance standards
• Optimize on-page SEO elements, including titles, headings, internal linking, and content layout
• Plan and organize website structure using keyword clustering and topical relevance
• Ensure websites meet Google AdSense eligibility, quality, and policy requirements
• Identify and resolve AdSense compliance or policy-related issues
• Collaborate on ad layout and performance improvements within AdSense guidelines
• Support basic website setup and ongoing maintenance (WordPress, plugins, hosting)
• Monitor site performance, Core Web Vitals, and technical SEO fundamentals

Requirements

• Proven experience in keyword research and on-page SEO
• Hands-on experience with Google AdSense approvals and publisher compliance
• Ability to distinguish commercially valuable search intent from purely informational traffic
• Familiarity with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, or similar
• Comfortable managing basic WordPress setup and maintenance tasks
• Ability to work independently and execute SEO strategies end-to-end
• Experience building, managing, or scaling content-focused niche websites
• Understanding of site performance optimization and Core Web Vitals
• Experience supporting multiple content websites in parallel environments

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
