Contract Administrator

A leading medical device company in the area is expanding their Contracts team and seeking (2) Contract Administrators to support domestic and international healthcare account contracts.

This role is ideal for detail-oriented professionals who can read, analyze, and modify contracts, not just fill in the blanks. You’ll play a key role in reviewing, redlining, and negotiating agreements, ensuring compliance, and supporting the sales team.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, review, and manage contracts for domestic and international healthcare accounts
  • Serve as liaison between internal teams and external customers during contract development, negotiation, and execution
  • Ensure contracts meet company policy, pricing arrangements, and compliance requirements
  • Redline, revise, and summarize contracts; manage post-signature processes, including amendments
  • Maintain accurate records in contract management database and set up alerts for critical contract events
  • Support field sales teams with RFPs, RFIs, tenders, and other contract requests
  • Interface with executive management and internal committees as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 2+ years of contract administration, paralegal, or similar experience (experience with medical devices a plus)
  • Strong understanding of contract principles, redlining, and negotiation
  • Comfortable liaising with executives and internal teams
  • Detail-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced Word skills and proficiency with contract management systems

Job Type: Full-time

Base Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
