Contract Document Controller

We are seeking a detail-oriented Contract Document Controller to manage and maintain lease-related documentation, tenant records, and regulatory compliance processes across our property portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain physical and digital lease documentation and tenant records.
  • Ensure proper filing, version control, and secure storage of all contract documents.
  • Verify and coordinate documentation for Tawtheeq and regulatory submissions.
  • Monitor document compliance and support contract activation processes.
  • Distribute finalized lease documents to relevant departments.
  • Conduct periodic audits to ensure file completeness and compliance.
  • Track expiry of tenant legal documents and support renewal follow-ups.
  • Maintain audit-ready records and support legal documentation retrieval when required.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Records Management, Law, Information Management, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in document control, records management, or administrative roles.
  • Experience in real estate, leasing, property management, or legal documentation environments is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Tawtheeq and tenancy documentation processes is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Document Management Systems (DMS), and Property Management Systems (PMS).
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and confidentiality awareness.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is an added advantage.

  • Document Controller: 3 years (Required)
