Document Controller (Arabic Speaker)
Location: Qatar
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Document Controller (Arabic Speaker) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in document control, preferably within the Construction or Facilities Management (FM) industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain document control systems, ensuring accuracy, quality, and integrity of all project and operational documents.
- Control the receipt, distribution, filing, tracking, and archiving of documents and records.
- Ensure all documents are properly classified, updated, and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
- Monitor document revisions and maintain version control.
- Coordinate with project teams, clients, consultants, and subcontractors regarding document submissions and approvals.
- Prepare document status reports and maintain document registers.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and document control standards.
Requirements:
- Arabic speaker (reading, writing, and speaking).
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Document Controller.
- Experience in the Construction or Facilities Management (FM) industry is highly preferred.
- Hands-on experience managing document control systems and electronic document management platforms.
- Strong knowledge of document control processes, procedures, and best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Pay: From QAR1.00 per month
