Contract Engineer

Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Contract Engineer to join our team in Lahore , supporting ongoing and upcoming oil & gas EPC projects . The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in contract drafting, negotiation, administration, and compliance monitoring within the EPC sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, subcontracts, and service agreements in line with company policies and project requirements
• Support tendering and bidding processes, including preparation of commercial documentation
• Coordinate with project, procurement, and legal teams to ensure contractual obligations are met
• Track contract performance, identify deviations, and recommend corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with client (including ADNOC/OGDCL) and regulatory contract standards
• Maintain proper documentation, contract logs, and correspondence records

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Law, or relevant field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in contract management within EPC oil & gas projects
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
