Contract Engineer

We are looking for a motivated Contracts Engineer to join our dynamic Contracts & Procurement (C&P) team in an international and local content environment. This role is key to ensuring effective execution of contracts while promoting compliance, ethics, and HSE standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage contracts lifecycle: pre-qualify bidders, launch RFQs, evaluate offers, conduct commercial negotiations, and finalize contracts.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to define contractual responsibilities, validate strategies, and support awards.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, applicable laws, ethics, and code of conduct.
• Optimize contract processes, implement best practices, and support local content initiatives like TAWTEEN .
• Maintain proper administration and documentation of all contracts using ARIBA and SAP systems.
• Support HSE compliance and embed sustainability considerations (GHG optimization) in procurement decisions.
