Job Summary


Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Contracts Generalist to join our DOC Support - Contracts team.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing foundational contractual and operational support to the Sales team , managing the contracts process from request initiation to finalization, and enabling the Sales team to focus on their core business. This role is a key development opportunity to build a strong understanding of contract administration and company processes.


Reporting to the Manager, DOC Support - Contracts, you'll be part of a team dedicated to providing streamlined document support and administration to internal stakeholders.


What You'll Do

In this role, you will:


  • Develop and manage standard contractual documents, simple amendments, and Statements of Work (SOWs) for the Sales team, ensuring accurate adherence to established templates and guidelines.
  • Coordinate and process the contract lifecycle by gathering necessary documentation from Sales and other stakeholders (e.g., Legal, Finance, Operations) and routing contracts for all required internal reviews and approvals.
  • Ensure compliance by maintaining and organizing contract files, records, and databases accurately to meet organizational standards, policies, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for timely customer transactions.


What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:


  • 0-2 years of experience in contracts administration or a related field, or be a recent graduate with relevant internship experience.
  • Strong knowledge of fundamental contract provisions (e.g., liability, confidentiality, indemnity) and a general understanding of Software as a Service (SaaS) and licensed software technologies.
  • Proven ability in organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and effectively managing and prioritizing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English , with superior proficiency in both written and oral communication.
