Contract Logistics Governance Leader - Eastern Europe Cluster

DP World, the fast-growing transportation and logistics leader that currently manages more than 10% of world trade, is seeking a highly specialized Contract Logistics Governance Leader to support the growth of our Contract Logistics business line across the Eastern European cluster.

As Governance Leader within the Contract Logistics division , you will lead Contract Logistics profitability, through effective pricing, cost control, reporting and analysis. This strategic role combines finance expertise, cross-functional coordination, support to RFQs, control and optimization of operational performance to drive profitable business growth.You will play a key role in communicating financial impacts, revenue projections, and commercial considerations to senior stakeholders, while contributing to the development of innovative pricing tools and models. You will act as a key interface to main stakeholders like finance and sales, driving scalable, cost-effective solutions into practice, setting price structure, controlling actuals, managing business projections and reduce costs effectively. Your role will include also driving contract logistics team members in projects targeting cost effectiveness, as well as involve necessary stakeholders to deliver results.

We welcome applications from candidates located in Türkiye, Romania, Serbia, Cyprus or Ukraine, but ideally you are based in the Istanbul area, Turkiye.

Your Responsibilities:

Pricing

• Leading pricing opportunities or renewals.
• Collaborating with the Solution Engineering team, Sales, Operations and Corporate Service Functions to identify deliverables and design programs/solutions.
• Reviewing and validating pricing models to ensure accuracy and continuous improvement.
• Achieving the target price and margin requirements by providing continuous feedback on overall cost impacts, solution alternatives, continuous improvement opportunities and relevant pricing alternatives or options.
• Documenting pricing/solution assumptions and creating a client facing pricing language document with assumptions and pricing specific terms and conditions.
• Evaluating pricing risks and mitigation strategies, ensuring pricing integrity while also considering DP World’s profitability guidelines and targets.
• Reviewing contract terms and conditions to ensure they align with pricing models/P&L and suggesting negotiation parameters with sales.
• Ensuring contracts are in line with company position on P&L reporting, i.e. EBIT, ROCE.
• Performing win validation/implementation support to ensure pricing aligns with final Statement of Work.
  

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Coordinating internal stakeholders including solutions engineers, pricing engineers, procurement, and PMO to ensure cohesive and timely solution development.
• Facilitating alignment between engineering, operations, and commercial teams, making sure profitability is assured.
  

Project Support & Implementation

• Providing engineering and project management support during the launch of new logistics sites.
• Ensuring profitable pricing top sales and financial targets to operations, monitoring key metrics and ramp-up activities.
  

Continuous Improvement & Site Evaluation

• Evaluating existing logistics sites to identify opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction.
• Conducting root cause analyses and developing actionable improvement plans.
  

Commercial & Sales Support

• Contributing to pricing strategies and supporting RFP responses with financial insights.
