About the Role



We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Contract Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is integral to ensuring contracts are developed, negotiated, and executed efficiently, while maintaining compliance with company standards and legal requirements. As a Contract Manager, you will play a pivotal role in minimizing risks and enabling successful contractual outcomes for complex projects and partnerships.



Responsibilities



  • Contract Development & Negotiation: Draft, negotiate, and manage a wide range of contracts, including vendor, customer, and partnership agreements, ensuring they align with company policies and legal frameworks.
  • Risk Mitigation & Compliance: Proactively identify potential risks in contract language and ensure all agreements comply with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Monitoring & Performance Management: Track contract milestones, enforce key deliverables and compliance targets, and ensure performance is measured effectively throughout the lifecycle of each agreement.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with legal counsel, finance, procurement, and other internal teams to understand business priorities and collaborate on contract strategy.
  • Continuous Improvement: Recommend process improvements, ensure scalable systems, and utilize contract management tools to streamline workflows and improve accuracy.


Qualifications



  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field; certifications such as Certified Administrative Professional (CAP) or equivalent are a plus.


Required Skills



  • Proven experience in contract drafting and management, ideally within [specific industry].
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with an ability to interpret complex legal documents and negotiate favorable outcomes.
  • Proficiency in contract management software and collaboration tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work across departments and influence at all levels of the organization.
