Contract Manager

Job Summary:

Responsible for overseeing the preparation, review, negotiation, and management of the project contracts. This role ensures that all agreements comply with legal standards, company policies, and strategic business objectives, minimizing risk while maximizing business opportunities.


Key Responsibility:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts, including supplier agreements, client contracts, NDAs, service agreements, and partnership agreements.
  • Ensure all contracts are compliant with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Collaborate with legal, finance, procurement, and operations teams to manage contract terms and obligations.
  • Maintain an organized system for tracking, storing, and monitoring contracts, including key dates, renewals, and obligations.
  • Provide guidance and training to internal teams on contract best practices and risk mitigation.
  • Manage disputes, breaches, or contract-related issues in coordination with legal counsel.
  • Support business development and procurement processes by providing timely contract insights and approvals.
  • Continuously improve contract templates, policies, and procedures to streamline contract management.
  • Perform other responsibilities and tasks as required.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in law, Business Administration, or related field
  • Master’s degree in law, Business Administration, or related field


Certifications: Professional Certification (e.g., CIPS, IACCM) is a plus


Experience: +6 Years of Experience in relevant filed
