Contract Manager

Main Responsibilities:


  • Review contract data and related documents to ensure accuracy as recorded in the CRM (Initial Review).


  • Oversee the creation and finalization cycles of all management contracts.


  • Support the Sales Contracts team by answering inquiries related to contracts and supporting documents throughout the contract preparation phase.


  • Notify all team members of any legal or internal process changes or updates.


  • Revise all newly received legal templates and communicate them to the team.


  • Notify related departments (Legal, Contracts, Developments, etc.) of requests received from clients.


  • Set department yearly plan and targets in coordination with the direct manager.


  • Prepare and submit forecasts for the department budget for discussion and approval by the direct manager.


  • Ensure adherence to all department processes, policies, and procedures by the team and Sales departments, from unit reservations with Sales Advisors to the final approved contract delivery to clients.


  • Inform Sales Managers of any changes in processes.


  • Assign sales tasks to the Sales Contracts team.


  • Receive client requests, delegate to team members, and ensure timely handling.


  • Receive all remarks regarding clients’ grace periods ending and notify the Legal Department.


  • Ensure that data in the CRM is consistently accurate and updated.


  • Suggest enhancements and developments for the CRM to add new features according to business needs in coordination with the technical department.


  • Conduct periodic meetings with the entire Sales Contracts team.


  • Prepare and submit all requested periodic reports.


  • Participate in recruiting and setting objectives for teams.


  • Coach, monitor, and evaluate team performance.


Job requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Min. 10 years with proven experience in Contracts Department.
