Key Responsibilities
- Contract Management: Prepare, negotiate, and administer HVAC contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies, regulations, and customer expectations.
- Client & Stakeholder Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Project Oversight: Monitor project activities, schedules, and budgets, working closely with project managers and engineers to ensure timely and cost-effective project completion.
- Technical & Operational Support: Provide technical input, coordinate with engineers and subcontractors, and manage site visits and service activities.
- Cost & Risk Management: Control project costs, manage changes and variations, and identify and report on any business risks related to contracts.
- Reporting & Compliance: Ensure all parties adhere to contract terms and company procedures, maintaining accurate contract documentation and administrative records.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Technical Knowledge: A strong understanding of HVAC systems, including design, installation, and maintenance.
- Project Management: Experience in planning, executing, and supervising projects within budgetary and time constraints.
- Negotiation Skills: The ability to negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with a high degree of accuracy.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients, engineers, and team members.
- Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to contract documentation, cost control, and project tracking.
- Organizational Skills: The ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage a portfolio of contracts efficiently.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹70,000.91 - ₹80,000.44 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Andheri, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
- Contract management: 5 years (Preferred)
