Department Overview
Children's Minnesota is looking for a contract/temporary Provider Recruitment Consultant to join our team for a term of 6 months. This role is responsible for the full-cycle recruitment of physicians and advanced practice providers into the organization, including by not limited to: sourcing, screening, onsite interview support, offer process, and onboarding tasks. This is a remote office position, however, there are onsite requirements so applicants must reside in Minnesota or Wisconsin to be considered.
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or similar program required. Master's preferred.- 4 years progressive responsibilities in Physician and Advanced Recruitment.
- In lieu of a degree, 6 years Physician/Advance Practice recruitment experience required.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent interpersonal skills and consulting skills with an ability to interact effectively with physicians, HR partners and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Strong problem-solving skills to determine root cause of technical problems with the ability to document effectively and resolve timely.
- Must be able to deliver results with little supervision in a highly dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills - ability to evaluate metrics, programs, and processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communications; ability to communicate with users, subject matter experts.
- Strong knowledge of Physician/APP recruitment lifecycle.
- Experience creating and negotiating employment contracts.

The posted salary represents a market competitive range based on salary survey benchmark data for similar roles in the local or national market. When determining individual pay rates, we carefully consider a wide range of factors including but not limited to market indicators for the specific role, the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate, internal equity and organizational needs.
In addition to your salary, this position may be eligible for medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other fringe benefits. Positions that require night, weekend or on-call work may be eligible for shift differentials or premium pay.
