Contract Teacher – Accountancy & Taxation ( Marathi Speaking)

Job Title: Contract Teacher – Accountancy & Taxation

Duration: 100 Hours
Location: Work From Office / Work From Home / Hybrid
Language Requirement: Fluency in English and Marathi (speaking, reading, and writing)

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver 30 hours of bilingual (English–Marathi) recorded lectures on Accountancy & Taxation.
• Guide and evaluate 30 hours of quizzes and assignments.
• Conduct 10 hours of assessments and feedback sessions.
• Develop course material for approximately 50 hours of self-learning and assignments.
• Prepare academic content such as quizzes, lecture PPTs, orientation PPTs, and record lectures.
• Ensure academic rigor, industry relevance, and learner engagement throughout the program.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree (M.Com/CA/ICWA/MBA Finance) or equivalent in Accountancy/Taxation.
• Experience: Prior teaching/training experience in Accountancy & Taxation.
• Strong command over Marathi and English, with the ability to explain technical concepts bilingually.
• Proficiency in digital teaching tools (PowerPoint, LMS platforms, video recording tools).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and presentation skills.

Job Types: Part-time, Contractual / Temporary, Freelance
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Expected hours: No more than 30 per week
