We are looking for a detail-oriented Contracts Administrator to manage, review, and support contract documentation across our construction and fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance, maintain accurate records, and coordinate with project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, review, and administer contracts, subcontracts, and variations
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, project requirements, and legal standards
  • Maintain organized contract records and documentation
  • Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and subcontractors
  • Track contract timelines, renewals, payments, and variations
  • Support claims, change orders, and project close-out processes

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field
  • Previous experience in contract administration within construction or fit-out projects
  • Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office (experience with construction software is a plus.
