Contracts Manager

• Manage all post-contract activities for interior fit-out and construction projects.
• Oversee cost control, variations, and claims to keep projects within budget.
• Review and certify subcontractor bills, payment applications, and final accounts.
• Ensure timely issuance of client invoices and support in collections.
• Monitor contractual compliance across projects and resolve disputes where needed.
• Maintain accurate contract records, change orders, and project documentation.
• Provide weekly and monthly reports on cost performance, variations, and risks.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, QS, and Finance to ensure smooth project close-out.
