Requirements:

  • Must be a qualified Engineer (Civil / Architectural / Construction Management or related field)
  • Must hold valid UPDA certification (Grade A or B preferred depending on role level)
  • Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts and international contract standards
  • Minimum 7–10 years of experience in contracts management within real estate or construction projects
  • Solid background in contract administration, claims, variations, and dispute resolution
  • Strong understanding of Qatar construction regulations and project delivery systems
  • Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and contract management tools

Preferred:

  • Arabic-speaking candidates preferred
  • GCC or Qatar experience is an advantage

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage preparation, review, and execution of contracts and agreements
  • Handle variations, claims, and contractual correspondence
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws
  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, procurement, and legal teams
  • Monitor contract performance and mitigate commercial risks
  • Support tendering and procurement processes
