We are seeking an experienced Contract Manager with a strong background in engineering consultancy and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in tendering, contract administration, and commercial management within the UAE/GCC.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage tender documents, including BOQs, specifications, and contract conditions
• Evaluate technical and financial bids and prepare tender evaluation reports
• Manage the full contract lifecycle from award to close-out
• Review and certify contractors’ and consultants’ payments and variations
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and claims
• Monitor contract compliance and ensure adherence to project terms
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and authorities
• Handle contractual correspondences, claims, and dispute resolution

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field
• Minimum 15+ years of experience in contracts management / quantity surveying
• Must have experience in engineering consultancy firms in UAE/GCC
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts
• Proven experience with large-scale infrastructure or building projects
• Strong skills in tendering, evaluation, and contract negotiation
• Excellent communication and analytical skills

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Dubai Electrical Engineer: 5 years (Preferred)
• DEWA Approved: 1 year (Preferred)
• Engineering Consultants: 3 years (Preferred)
