Estimator / Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Estimator to join our team! As an Estimator, you will play a critical role in ensuring accurate project cost estimates and contributing to the successful execution of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for materials (Ceramic & Sanitary Ware)
• Review tender documents, specifications, and drawings to develop accurate estimates.
• Work closely with engineers, and subcontractors to gather the necessary information.
• Assist in evaluating and managing cost variations during project execution.
• Analyze historical data and market trends to provide accurate pricing.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in estimating.

Qualifications:

• Have experience/knowledge as an Estimator in the UAE, preferably in the construction or civil engineering sector.
• Strong knowledge of cost estimating software and tools.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
