Contracts Senior Specialist - Freelancer Contract

Monitor and evaluate supply management contracts and vendor/supplier by ensuring compliance to guidelines pertaining to procurement operations and ensure the supplier performance performs in-line with the overarching Supply Management department strategy.

Contract Management

• Support in renewal, extension, termination, closeout of procurement contracts in collaboration with the legal department, business partners unit, end users, Finance and suppliers.
• Coordinate in contract variation requests processing in coordination with end users and sourcing section.

Monitor and evaluate supplier performance and ensure that suppliers are meeting the SLAs set in the contract and that end users are satisfied with the goods and services provided.

Supplier Performance and Reporting

• Support suppliers and facilitate their bidding process by answering any queries and routing them to the relevant personnel in a timely and efficient manner.
• Facilitate the pre-qualification of corporate suppliers for Bidders lists (due diligence) to develop accuracy in the vendor/supplier selection process.
• Report and provide analytics to management on a regular basis on procurement’s performance, and conduct analyses and forecasts on types of procurement spend, risks, sourcing activity, supply market analysis and profiling etc.

Produce audit reports to the management team and suggest areas for improvement, to ensure successful auditing process takes place when necessary.

• Carry out any other duties and responsibilities related to the role at the request of the direct manager.
• Follow all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
• Demonstrate compliance to organization’s values and ethics at all times to support the establishment of a value drive culture within the organization.

Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement and sustainability of systems, processes and practices considering global standards, productivity improvement and cost reduction.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent and preferably a master’s degree.
