We are looking for contractual HR recruiters who can help us onboard developers, designers, and other tech talents on a project-to-project basis. This is a task-based role with simple responsibilities: post jobs, filter candidates, and coordinate interviews.
Responsibilities
- Post job listings on Indeed or other local job boards in your country.
- Screen and shortlist CVs based on skills, experience, and project requirements.
- Conduct initial HR rounds with candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate final technical rounds with our team.
- Ensure smooth onboarding of approved candidates.
Requirements
- Basic HR/recruitment knowledge (posting jobs, screening resumes, shortlisting).
- Access to Indeed/LinkedIn or other local recruitment platforms.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and deliver candidates on time.
Compensation
- $10 USD per successful onboarding (paid directly after candidate approval).
- Same $10 applies for every contractual hire.
