Brief Roles and Responsibilities:
- Must be able to liaises with customers that require assistance including telephonic queries;
- Shall assist customers with any issues using intercom;
- Liaise with supervisors and attendants for coordinated operation;
- Shall investigate and documented any discrepancies;
- Shall view real-time CCTV monitors to report any unusual and suspicious behavior;
- Monitoring the work environment and equipment at the workplace;
- Record, investigate and correctly respond to customer queries and complaints;
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years' customer services experience,
- At least 1 years’ experience of working in a supervisory role in customer services industry,
- Must be IT literate and holding a diploma or degree,
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and to remain calm in difficult demanding situations ,
- Ability to provide and complete reports and documentation,
- Language skills: English, Arabic is a plus,
- Qatari driving license is a plus.
