Control Room Operator (Nabisar, Water Reservoir Project)

Job Description:
We are hiring a Control Room Operator for a Water Treatment Project. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring plant operations through the control system, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of all water treatment processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and control plant operations using SCADA or other control systems.
• Record operational data such as flow rates, pressures, and chemical levels.
• Coordinate with field operators and maintenance teams to ensure optimal plant performance.
• Identify and report faults, alarms, or abnormal readings to the supervisor.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and operational standards.
• Assist in routine maintenance and shutdown/startup activities as required.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering / relevant technical field.
• 2–4 years of experience as a Control Room Operator (preferably in water treatment or industrial plant operations).
• Good knowledge of SCADA/DCS systems and plant monitoring tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work in shifts and at the project site.
