About the Role
We’re seeking a data-driven, creative, and strategic Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist who can turn traffic into action. Your mission is simple: increase the percentage of leads, subscribers, and visitors who become customers—without just throwing more ad dollars at the problem.
As a key player in our growth and marketing team, you’ll analyze user behavior, build hypotheses, run A/B tests, and optimize the entire customer journey across landing pages, email sequences, ads, and checkout flows. You should be just as comfortable in Google Analytics or Hotjar as you are writing compelling button copy or crafting an upsell sequence.
Key Responsibilities
- Audit and Optimize Funnels: Identify bottlenecks and leaks in the customer journey across all marketing funnels (from opt-in to checkout).
- Run A/B & Multivariate Testing: Design and implement split tests on headlines, CTAs, page layouts, offers, pricing, and email content.
- Create & Optimize Landing Pages: Work with design and copy teams to optimize layout, flow, and messaging for higher conversions.
- Email & SMS Optimization: Improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates across email/SMS campaigns and automation sequences.
- Analyze and Report on Performance: Use tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, and FunnelDash to extract insights and suggest changes.
- Collaborate with Marketing & Product Teams: Ensure seamless handoffs between traffic generation and conversion points.
- Monitor KPIs: Track and improve metrics such as bounce rate, time on page, CTR, CPA, LTV, and average order value (AOV).
- User Behavior Research: Conduct surveys, user interviews, and behavior tracking to understand what’s working (and what’s not).

Required Skills & Experience
- 2–5+ years of experience in digital marketing, CRO, or performance strategy
- Proficient with tools like:
- Google Analytics / GA4
- Hotjar / Crazy Egg
- A/B Testing tools (e.g., Google Optimize, VWO, Convert)
- Email platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, GoHighLevel, Mailchimp)
- Funnel builders (e.g., ClickFunnels, GHL, Leadpages, Unbounce)
- Strong copywriting and visual optimization sense
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus (not required)
- Ability to manage multiple tests at once and prioritize based on potential impact
