About the Job

Arabic and English Conversion Agent – Istanbul, Turkey

For our partner, we are looking for an experienced Conversion Agent to join our Istanbul office and handle warm leads , converting them into active clients.

Your Role

• Contact warm leads via phone, email, or chat
• Present company products, tools, and promotions in an engaging and professional manner
• Guide potential clients through the registration, verification, and funding process
• Maintain accurate CRM notes and follow-up actions to ensure client activation
• Collaborate closely with Marketing and Retention teams to optimize conversion results

Requirements

• Experience in Forex / CFDs / Prop Firm / Fintech conversion or sales (mandatory)
• Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage)
• Strong negotiation, objection-handling, and closing skills
• Highly motivated, energetic, and target-driven
• Full-time, on-site role — Turkey, Istanbul
