Job Brief:

You will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes according to our client's menu and recipes. You will work closely with the chef to ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest quality and presentation standards.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to menu and recipes
• Follow proper food handling and safety procedures
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels of food and supplies
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient food preparation
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation
• Ensure that all dishes are presented according to the standards
• Assist with menu planning and development
• Train and mentor junior kitchen staff
• Adhere to all food and safety regulations and guidelines

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Cook,
• Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines
• Familiarity with food handling and safety regulations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects
• flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
