Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Continental Cook who specializes in preparing a wide range of continental dishes. The ideal candidate should be available on a 24/7 basis (as per requirement), maintain high standards of hygiene, and ensure quality food preparation at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook a variety of continental dishes (Italian, French, American, etc.)
  • Plan menus and suggest new dishes as per preferences
  • Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet high standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area
  • Manage kitchen inventory and ensure timely grocery requirements
  • Follow food safety standards and proper storage practices
  • Be flexible with working hours and available as needed (24/7 availability required)
  • Handle special meal requests and dietary preferences

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Continental Cook or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of continental cuisine and cooking techniques
  • Ability to work independently and manage kitchen operations
  • Good understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
  • Flexibility in working hours (on-call/24-7 availability)
  • Professional attitude and reliability

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Culinary certification or relevant training
  • Experience working in hotels, restaurants, or private households
  • Knowledge of multiple international cuisines is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
