Coordinator

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Coordinator to oversee and manage on-site activities. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth execution of construction, installation, and commissioning works while maintaining safety, quality, and timeline compliance.

Key Responsibilities

· Coordinate daily on-site activities across civil, mechanical, and electrical works.

· Supervise contractors, vendors, and manpower to ensure work progress aligns with project schedules.

· Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and quality standards.

· Conduct regular inspections and maintain detailed project documentation and reports.

· Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project management teams for resource planning and issue resolution.

· Support testing, commissioning, and handover processes.

Qualifications & Experience

· Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Civil Engineering.

· 4+ years of experience Operation & Maintenance.

· Strong knowledge of EPC project execution and plant systems

· Excellent communication, leadership, and coordination skills.

· Proficiency in Advance Excel.

Location : Kolkata(Should be fine for travelling)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
