We are looking for an organized, detail‑oriented Coordinator (Female Preferred) to support our internal departments and project teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for daily coordination tasks, client communication, documentation, and updating project status reports. Strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Excel are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal departments, project teams, and external clients.
  • Maintain and update project status reports, schedules, and documentation.
  • Prepare Excel sheets, trackers, and reports as required by management.
  • Support the project team with administrative tasks, meeting arrangements, and follow‑ups.
  • Handle client inquiries professionally and ensure timely responses.
  • Assist in preparing project-related documents, letters, and communications.
  • Monitor workflow progress and escalate issues to relevant departments when needed.
  • Maintain proper filing, documentation control, and data accuracy.
  • Prepare daily/weekly updates for management and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.

Requirements

  • Female candidates preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Coordinator, Admin Assistant, or similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel (data entry, formatting, basic formulas).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in dealing with clients and project teams.
  • Professional attitude and ability to work independently and with teams.
