*Job Title: Coordinator & Trainer (Real Estate Team)*
*Job Summary*
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Coordinator & Trainer to act as the operational “brain” of the office. This is not an administrative role focused on paperwork—this position is for someone who leads, pushes, and develops agents to achieve strong performance and close deals.
The ideal candidate has a strong personality, can motivate and challenge agents, and at the same time maintains a supportive, approachable, and positive attitude.

*Key Responsibilities*
* Coordinate daily team activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations
* Act as the main link between clients and agents, ensuring clear communication and fast follow-ups
* Distribute client leads to agents and monitor progress closely
* Track agent activity, deals, and performance metrics
* Push and motivate agents to close deals and meet targets
* Train, coach, and continuously develop agents’ skills (sales, communication, closing techniques)
* Identify performance gaps and take immediate action to improve results
* Guide agents on the fastest and most effective ways to achieve results (“shortcuts” and best practices)
* Ensure agents are actively sourcing and listing new properties
* Provide regular feedback and performance evaluations
* Maintain a high-energy, results-oriented team environment

*Requirements*
* Strong personality with leadership presence and confidence
* Proven ability to motivate, influence, and manage people
* Experience in real estate, sales, or team coordination is highly preferred
* Training or coaching experience is a strong advantage
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Highly results-driven with a focus on outcomes, not just processes
* Ability to multitask, prioritize, and make quick decisions
* Positive attitude with a supportive and team-oriented mindset
* Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus, depending on your market)
