About The Position
To support the Government Relations team in fostering strong relationships with local and international government entities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and facilitating effective communication efforts. This role contributes to the company’s corporate social responsibility and public affairs strategy, enhancing its reputation and operational alignment with government standards.
The Primary Duties And Responsibilities Of This Role Are
Daily Operations

Handle inquiries from government agencies, NGOs, and other external organizations.

Assist in organizing and coordinating internal and external events, including media tours, filming, and official visits.

Draft and translate press materials and official correspondence.

Maintain accurate records of government interactions and compliance documentation.

Liaise with internal departments to ensure timely submission of legal and administrative documents (e.g., visas, labor cards, Emirates ID).
Advocacy & Representation

Monitor legislative and regulatory developments relevant to the organization.

Support the execution of stakeholder engagement strategies and public affairs initiatives.

Prepare briefing materials and reports for leadership and government meetings.

Represent the organization at government and industry events when required.
Compliance & Documentation

Ensure full compliance with local labor laws and government procedures.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant regulations and policies.

Assist employees with queries related to government processes and documentation.
About You
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Political Science, Public Administration, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in government relations or public policy

Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and government procedures.
