Job Description:
Primary Tasks Delivery Staff Engagement and allocations Delivery Staff Attendance Monitoring Delivery Staff Salary Calculation (preparation of HR Sheets) Delivery Staff Hours Variance Analysis Delivering a module Daily operations of the programme Managing Examination and registration queries, bridging students to right channel for examination queries Timetable management Managing Fee Billing & supervising related issues of the Department Ensuring Dissemination of report cards (allocated year) Planning Revision Week Managing Coursework Monitoring & Evaluation Document VLE attendances and scheduling for classroom management Managing Online portal for student and staff access (moodle/COC) Assisting QAD in compliance queries Academic Management of Sessional, Mid-term, Mock Exam Managing student record on weekly basis Secondary Tasks Assisting other campuses nationwide in dissemination of new regulation, update in compliance, templates, standard 'Lesson Planners' and ensuring the department is goal congruent. Informal Feedback Collection from Students and Faculty Subject-wise Result Analysis Learner Induction Plan preparation Helping new inductee into the programme (capacity building of new staff member of the programme, both at resignation and programme growth) Yearly Activity Calendar Creating and updating 'Essential Reading Booklist' Preparation of Date Sheets Destination data for examination papers Information Management QAD Yearly File Student Record Keeping Framework Student Application Assignment Management (allocated year) Moot Court Competitions Facilitating Bar Council Visits All the tasks mentioned for Registrations and operations Working out potential partnership opportunities with professional bodies. Retention of student base by implementing workshops and creating employment opportunities. Arranging for internships for TMUC students and creating employment opportunities. Providing support in organising an HR/CEO forums. To organise and support events conducted by TMUC. Advise and support teachers in the delivery of lessons Observe teachers and provide feedback on performance (once during the teacher’s first week and periodically thereafter). Any other task assigned by the Line Manager.

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
