Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor institutional SOPs and policies across multiple campuses.
- Establish a centralized Quality Assurance (QA) Unit and governance framework for quality management.
- Design and execute audit schedules, compliance checklists, and monitoring tools.
- Create feedback and communication channels to ensure continuous improvement and staff engagement.
- Develop and maintain compliance dashboards and branch-wise performance reports.
- Conduct training sessions and capacity-building workshops for academic and administrative teams.
- Cultivate a culture of accountability, transparency, and process excellence across the organization.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of academic operations and institutional compliance.
- Proven experience in developing and auditing SOPs or QA frameworks.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams across multiple locations.
- Proficiency in data-driven reporting, dashboards, and compliance tracking tools.
Qualifications
- Minimum Master’s degree in Education Management, Quality Assurance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a multinational or large-scale academic institution.
