Located less than 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport, this integrated resort offering 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants and lounges, a theater, nightclub, and five-star spa is currently under construction on a picturesque island that gracefully curves into the Arabian Gulf.

About the Position

Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Coordinator to join the resort's Pastry Shop team.

The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:

  • Provide professional administrative and secretarial support to the Pastry and Bakery team, including document preparation, filing, record keeping, and management of mail and fax correspondence.
  • Maintain organized and accurate administrative records in compliance with Wynn policies and confidentiality standards.
  • Coordinate training schedules and support the onboarding process for new team members, ensuring all required documentation is completed, tracked, and properly filed.
  • Update and maintain staff rosters, vacation schedules, and related workforce records.
  • Communicate regularly with team members regarding onboarding requirements, ID collection, and other employment related administrative matters.
  • Support the Director of Culinary - Pastry and Bakery with day to day administrative requirements as needed.
  • Assist in the smooth operation of the Pastry and Bakery office and coordinate with other departments.
  • Interact professionally and positively with department and company team members, management, and contractors.
  • Foster strong relationships, promote team spirit, and ensure effective two-way and multicultural communication.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures and comply with the Code of Conduct.
  • Follow health and safety protocols and strive for continuous improvement to prevent health and injury risks.
  • Monitor office supply inventory and coordinate with procurement to ensure timely replenishment.
  • Assist in organizing internal and external events, including team meetings, workshops, and departmental celebrations.
  • Compile and maintain departmental performance metrics and support data analysis for management reviews.
  • Serve as a point of contact for vendor relations, including scheduling service appointments and processing invoices.
  • Maintain digital and physical records in accordance with company data management policies.
  • Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements for departmental employees as needed.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned.
About You
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
