(1x) Coordinator—Patient and Community Engagement (Arabic Speaker ONLY)
To join ASAP—6 months from start date
Salary: 6,500 QAR per month, full package
Must be under Family sponsorship if Female or Freelance (male/female) ONLY
To be assigned at Sidra Medicine, healthcare experience is preferred.
Preferred a bilingual candidate with health care industry experience.
KEY ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES
General Administrative Support
- Performs general assistive functions, including calendar management, electronic document management, and maintaining office systems.
- Assists in report and proposal preparation, including basic formatting and proofreading.
- Provides administrative support to the division team.
- Provides diary management, meeting coordination, and record-keeping support for the section.
- Assists in maintaining day-to-day operations of the unit.
Confidentiality and Professionalism
- Demonstrates professionalism in interactions with internal and external customers.
- Ensures confidentiality is maintained in all transactions.
Documentation and Reporting
- Develop reports, minutes of meetings, agendas, and other required documents related to Patient/Community Engagement activities and projects.
- Assists in recording and maintaining data related to programs within the patient/community unit.
- Assists in creating project plans, workflows, and proposals for related programs and projects.
- Assists in creating programs’ policies and procedures, including related workflows.
Community and Patient Engagement
- Develops and maintains positive working relationships.
- Demonstrates standards of performance (ownership, teamwork, communication, compassion) supporting patient satisfaction and principles of service excellence.
- Promotes awareness of cultural diversity.
- Assists in creating applicable communication messages to internal and external constituents.
- Represents Sidra Medicine in select community-related activities.
- Supports patient support or focus groups by assisting with room settings, printing relevant documents, and note-taking.
- Assists in organizing Patient/Community visits.
- Assists in organizing appropriate patient and community engagement events at Sidra Medicine.
- Supports community engagement project management plans.
Strategic Support
- Assists in preparing Services Level Agreements (SLAs) of partnerships with other organizations
- Provides support for strategic and operational projects.
- Assists in managing the responses to the PFAC hotline, PFAC email, and all other relevant communication channels.
- Supports with the management of the selection criteria and recruitment of PFAC members, including screening and interview processes.
- Supports the management of the onboarding process (including necessary training) for PFAC members.
- Assists in coordinating PFAC meetings, acting as a liaison according to the organization’s strategies and priorities.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, voluntary services and/or community relations
