Key Responsibilities

• Plan and implement community development programs and activities
• Conduct field visits, community assessments, and needs analysis
• Coordinate with beneficiaries, volunteers, and partner organizations
• Organize outreach events, workshops, and awareness campaigns
• Prepare project reports, documentation, and impact summaries
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
• Support fundraising, donor reporting, and proposal preparation
• Maintain records of beneficiaries and program outcomes
• Ensure compliance with NGO policies and local regulations
• Promote community participation and engagement
